If you love cosy small-town romance, seasonal love stories and hot, often brooding, love interests, let me introduce you to Solace Springs. In this post, I’m sharing the Laura Bloom books in order, and a little glimpse of what’s coming next to this lakeside town.

Welcome to Solace Springs, a small lakeside town in the Pacific Northwest where the seasons shift gently and the community notices everything.
I wanted to create a place built for second chances, gorgeous romance... and plenty of heat for readers. Let’s start at the beginning.
Book 1 — The Cherry Blossom Boathouse (Spring)
This is where you’ll meet Sophie and Luke.
Sophie arrives in Solace Springs with a plan, a clipboard, and absolutely no intention of falling into a lake within ten minutes of getting there. Luke Rhodes - local boat captain that is deeply unimpressed by most things - fishes her out and would very much like to ignore the obvious attraction and for his life to return to normal.
It doesn’t.
What follows is a slightly chaotic attempt to turn a derelict boathouse into a bookshop, set against cherry blossoms and a lakeside town that decides that Brit book-lover Sophie is staying whether she realises it or not.
This is a story about starting over and learning that sometimes the place you land is exactly where you’re meant to be.

Book 2: What Comes Next in Solace Springs
The next chapter of the Solace Springs reading order brings heat and stormy moments in every possible sense.
Set in Autumn, this story centres on a local woman who has built her life in the town and has no intention of watching it change… and a billionaire who arrives with plans to buy the inn sitting right at the heart of it.
It’s enemies-to-lovers wrapped in small-town tension, with two people forced to decide whether protecting something means holding on tightly... or finally letting someone else in.
Sparks are going to fly.
Do I need to read the Solace Springs series in order?
Not necessarily.
Each book in the Solace Springs series is designed to stand alone, with its own complete love story and guaranteed happy ending. You can absolutely pick up whichever story appeals to you most and settle straight in.
But readers who start from Book 1 tend to notice something extra happening in the background in subsequent books. Familiar faces reappear and I try to make the town itself deepen with every season until Solace Springs begins to feel less like a setting and more like somewhere you know personally.
