The Cover Reveal for The Cherry Blossom Boathouse... In More Ways Than One 🌶️🌶️🌶️

ree

Okay, I’ve been dying to share this : the cover for The Cherry Blossom Boathouse, book one in my Solace Springs Romance Series. Isn’t she gorgeous? All glowing windows, cherry blossoms, stacks of books and just enough lake sparkle to make you want to move in.

But this is Spicewire and we don’t do basic cover reveals here. Oh no. We’re going on a little tour of the boathouse itself. I’ll be taking you behind those twinkly lights and up to that balcony, showing you where the story’s key moments happen: the arguments, the almost-kisses and the bits that definitely fogged up a few windows.

So grab a drink, get comfy and let’s explore The Cherry Blossom Boathouse together, from the bookshelves where it all begins to the lake where things get… well, a little steamy. Oh and the pre-order link!!!!

The Bookcase (because of course we must begin with the books!):"She pressed herself against him, hands finding their way into his hair, the gritty reality of renovation dust completely forgotten as his tongue swept against hers. Luke backed her against the bookcase, careful even in his urgency to avoid the areas they’d marked as structurally unsound. The wood of the bookcase was solid behind her, his body deliciously solid in front."

The Lake: "In a small, sheltered inlet ahead of them, something extraordinary floated on the water’s surface. At first glance, it looked like an island had broken free from the shore. A lush, flowering oasis perhaps twenty feet across. But as they drew closer, she realised it was a carefully constructed platform, its edges softened by trailing plants that dipped into the water. What looked like wisteria branches were woven into an arbour overhead."

And then later… "He pulled her on top of his lap, her legs encircling his hips. The floating garden rocked beneath them as he trailed his lips down to her neck.

‘God, Sophie,’ he breathed against her."

The Balcony: "Luke's eyes drifted back to Sophie’s place. She’d moved to her bedroom balcony now, leaning on the railing with a mug of something steaming in one hand, a book in the other. The sight did something to him, made him hot and hungry."

The Dock: "She looked out towards the section of dock they’d sat on one night, talking about constellations. He’d surprised her by knowing not just the traditional names but all the stories behind them. ‘My grandfather taught me about the stars,’ he’d said, ‘told me a man should know his place in the universe.’ Sophie had nearly replied that she’d like his place to be right next to her, forever, but had swallowed the words with her wine instead." The Cherry Blossom: Sophie took a moment to watch the way the morning light painted everything in soft rose and gold. To listen to the gentle lap of water against wood and the distant call of birds welcoming the day. To smell the scents of cherry blossoms, of dewy grass and that indefinable something that made spring mornings feel full of possibility.
